For more than 25 years, Orpheus has studied and taught healing traditions throughout Asia, Central America, and beyond. His work weaves together Qigong, Tai Chi, Reiki, meditation, and ancient healing traditions into a grounded, compassionate approach to personal transformation.
Known for his warmth, wisdom, and gentle presence, he creates spaces where people reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and experience lasting inner peace.
During this retreat, Orpheus will guide meditation, Qigong, wisdom talks, and optional private sessions for those who wish to explore more deeply.

This retreat is open to anyone seeking rest, renewal, and a deeper connection with themselves. No previous experience with Qigong or meditation is required.

No. All practices are beginner-friendly and thoughtfully guided. Whether you're completely new or have years of experience, you'll be welcomed exactly where you are.

Your retreat includes all scheduled teachings and practices, nourishing meals, and full access to the grounds. Overnight guests also receive two nights of accommodation.

Yes. We welcome both residential and commuter participants. Overnight accommodations are limited to eight guests, while commuter registration is available for up to twelve additional participants.

Bring comfortable clothing, walking shoes, a journal, a refillable water bottle, and anything that helps you feel at ease. We'll send a complete packing list after registration.
